This Think Like A Ninja pack is a guide for both teachers and children. It details 7 simple ways you can integrate reasoning into subjects and lessons. The pack is split into two:

1) For Teachers - Reasoning Strategy and Examples

Each strategy is described and explained with examples for teachers and staff

2) For Ninjas - Reasoning Resource Templates

We have created a copy-ready template to be used in the classroom with your little Ninjas! This template will scaffold the thinking of the children to help them approach the task more effectively.

The pack includes one PDF guide and resource booklet and one PPT for multimedia displays.

Learning to think critically and reason may be one of the most important skills that today's children will need for the future. Ellen Galinsky, the author of Mind in the Making, includes critical thinking on her list of the seven essential life skills needed by every child.

In today’s global and rapidly changing world, children need to be able to do much more than repeat a list of facts; they need to be critical thinkers who can make sense of information, analyse, compare, contrast, make inferences, and generate higher-order thinking skills. But, like all things, it takes practice and support, which is why we created this resource!
